- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Customers must provide proof or purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kissed by Kimber is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding lost or stolen packages.
